I assume I can get what I'm looking for by, like, forcing the system to assume certain specific half-stat mods from the outset, but that's actually more narrow than what I want (which is to just check for all half-stat builds that fit certain criteria). The stat section of d2AP, like DIM, shows me base-10 round numbers for all stats, with no extra options or check boxes for half stats.
